The STAR Swim
Team, is based out of St. Paul, Minnesota.
Founded in 1980, STAR offers
year-round programs for competitive swimmers from novice
through master levels. Paul and Sue Lundsten lead a staff
of dedicated coaches with more than 100 years of coaching
experience and the expertise to provide individual attention
to swimmers of all ability levels.

STAR SUMMER CLASSIC MEET - JUNE 27th - JUNE 29th!
STAR is always known for hosting fantastic meets. Many teams make our summer meet a tradition. It takes many volunteers to run a great meet.
Remember all families are required to volunteer for 3 shifts at the summer, June 27-29, meet. It is a 5 session meet and each session requires approximately 50 volunteers to run smoothly.
Remember that all the STAR swimmers are eligible to compete in the meet.
Everyone will get a job assignment/confirmation letter 2 weeks prior to the meet. In this Meet, all 12 & under swimmers swim in the morning session and 13 & over swimmers swim in the afternoon session.
Note: Helping at the STAR of the North Games does not fulfill your swim meet obligation for the STAR A Meet.
 STAR IS A TYR TEAM
STAR's new Team sponsor is TYR (teer). They have been great to work with and have a variety of styles in suits, goggles, etc. We encourage you to buy TYR products as much as possible. This spring, STAR will have a TYR team suit, warm-up, swim cap, and other materials. We look forward to working with TYR now and in the future.
